Types of Fiber

There are two types of Fiber:

  • Soluble Fiber
  • Insoluble fibers

 Soluble Fiber

Soluble fiber attracts water and turns in to gel throughout digestion. The soluble fiber is capable of observing the water and also can produce fatty acids and gases during the fermentation procedure in the colon in dogs.

Insoluble Fibers
